Lee Ellis Harrington

Lee E Harrington- Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at 12 noon, at Second Baptist Church, for Mr. Lee Ellis Harrington, 78, Alliance, who departed this life on Monday, November 7, 2016, in Aultman of Woodlawn, after an extended illness.

Mr. Harrington was born March 24, 1938, in Macon, Miss., a son of Edward and Aassie Harrington. He lived in the area for 70 plus years, was a former member of Tabernacle Baptist and was a former church treasurer, it's male chorus, and enjoyed bowling and baseball. 

He leaves to cherish his memory his children; Lee (Tazreen) Harrington and  Sharon Harrington, both of California, Byron Harrington of New York, Kenya Harrington of Canton, Jason Myers, Quiana Tucker, Kenneth Tucker, Kevin Tucker, all of Ohio, step-children, Sonya Wells of Maryland, Stacey Yamamoto, of Ohio, and Selena Gladmon of Georgia, siblings; Edna Roberson of Illinois, Frances Ross of Ohio, Doris (James) Walton of Calif., Keith (Brenda) Harrington of Ga., 29 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.

Friends may call from 11 am to 12 noon at the church Interment will take place at Alliance City Cemetery.
